Terms and Conditions for Autoship

Effective Date: 10/15/24

Eligibility:

Customers must sign up for the autoship program online through our website.
The subscription applies to a 30-day supply of the product offered under the autoship program.

Discount:

Subscribers will receive a 25% discount on the regular price, bringing the price down from $43.99 to $32.99 per month.

Billing and Payments:

Subscribers will be billed automatically on a monthly basis for the duration of their subscription. Payments will be processed on the same date each month (the date the subscription was started).
Payment methods on file must remain valid to continue the subscription.

Commitment Period:

A minimum one-month commitment is required. Subscribers cannot cancel within the first 30 days of their subscription.
After the 30 day period, subscribers can cancel at any time from their customer dashboard.

Subscription Changes:

Subscribers may upgrade or downgrade their subscription at any time. However, changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period. The current subscription remains unchanged until the next payment date.
Modifications to billing or shipping information must be made at least 5 business days before the next scheduled delivery.

Address Changes:

Updating Shipping Address: If a subscriber’s shipping address changes during the subscription period, they must log into their account on our website to update their address. The address change must be completed at least 5 business days before the next scheduled shipment to ensure the product is sent to the correct location. If the address is not updated in time, the product may be shipped to the previous address, and no refunds or replacements will be offered for such shipments.

Cancellation Policy:

Subscribers may cancel at any time after the one-month commitment period. Once a cancellation request is made, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after that period ends.

Cancellation Time Frame:

Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before the next billing period to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. If cancellation is submitted after this time, the subscription will remain active until the end of the next billing period, after which no further charges will be applied.

Shipping and Delivery:

Monthly deliveries are processed and shipped automatically. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during the subscription checkout process.
Subscribers will receive tracking information once their order is shipped.

Returns and Refunds:

Returns are not allowed for products received under the autoship program unless the product is defective or damaged. Refunds may be issued for defective or damaged goods in accordance with our return policy.

Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to update or change the autoship program, including pricing and terms, with prior notice to subscribers. Changes will take effect for subsequent subscription cycles after notice is given.
